LEAKING WATER

There are primarily two reasons a dishwasher starts to leak water. The most common reason is that there’s a problem with the door closure or latch and it will need a replacement. The second cause is a failed water inlet valve that can be repaired immediately upon our arrival to your house. DOESN’T TURN ON

If a dishwasher doesn’t turn on, you be sure the appliance is plugged in and that none of the circuit breakers tripped. If that’s not the issue, the issue could be related to the door closure switches, electronic controls, thermal fuses or motor relays.

WON’T DRAIN/FILL

A dishwasher should fill with water and drain water after the dishes are clean. A dishwasher won’t fill when there’s a broken door latch or float switch or a broken water inlet valve. A dishwasher doesn’t drain when there is a malfunctioning drain hose or pump motor on the unit.

DOESN’T WASH DISHES

Your dishwasher isn’t much use if dishes are still dirty after a cycle. The dishes will still be dirty when there is a broken housing gasket, filter or water tube or spray arm. We have parts available to repair each of these common dishwasher issues in no time.

DOESN’T DRY DISHES

The job of a dishwasher is for the appliance to wash and dry dishes. You do not want to have to hand dry your dishes after a cycle. Your dishwasher doesn’t dry if there is a broken rinse aid dispenser, heating element or thermostat. For a dishwasher to be able to wash dishes, it should be able to dispense detergent or soap within the machine. This can’t occur when there’s a broken timer, bi-metal release or wax motor.
